Moving On Up: Charterland’s Success Equals Upgrade in Square Footage

GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN – After a much talked-about debut in the midst of the economic downturn in early January, Caribbean property-consulting specialist Charterland is turning heads once again with its upgrade in office space. The company that has enjoyed rapid success in the face of a sluggish real estate market, is now calling the new Fidelity Financial Centre home.

Charterland Ltd, a Cayman Islands-based team of property consulting professionals, employs a modern business model that combines experience, technology and a fresh approach to building client relationships. The team offers its experience to a broad gamut of clients across the Caribbean, from those seeking financing for single-family homes to major developers taking on large-scale commercial ventures.

“I must say we’re pretty excited about what this move means for us,” says Charterland Director Simon Watson. “Hard work really does pay off. Like any new company, we’ve had our share of challenges, but our team remained focused and our clients loyal. And now we’re excited to make the move to our new offices which will provide us with much needed room for growth.”

The new Charterland office sits on the third floor of Fidelity Financial Centre, located on West Bay Road, next to Galleria Plaza. They will share the floor with other firms in the Evolving Island Group, an association of companies who specialise in all aspects of the property development and construction industry, from design through construction to property management.”
